Ron Paul Makes Great Points About Online Gambling

by: admin on June 25th, 2008

Go Ron Paul! Some great points were made in this speech regarding H.R. 5767. We here at PAP could not agree more with the points Ron Paul makes about online gambling and the U.S. government. We’ll let the video below speak for itself. NH Ron Paul.

  1. Roll of Government greatly reduced? Wishfull thinking maybe! Hopefully his words on regulation will be heard and acted upon. Get this Bill passed folks!!

  2. Marcelo says:

Ron Paul points are very significant, but the republicans are too conservative, so I don’t see a change on this bill coming soon.

    Let’s hope I am wrong.

  3. Vigird says:

Even though US is not my target market I hope Ron changes something and online gambling will be regulated. What happens in US has an influence for all of us.

  4. Les says:

I’m not from the US so i don’t know as much about this topic as all of you guys do but Ron Paul made some spot on judgements. Alot of which is what many of you say day in day out, why should the US be able to control how you would like to spend your money. I have never even read into this much but i dont see much changing for a while but i do hope so because i get alot of traffic from the US :)

  5. Marcelo says:

I am afraid I was actually right. The voting ended up tied, and the “family” lobby was stronger. I think that poker is too connected to casinos in the mind of legislators. If that changed, we could have better chances of a permission on the USA.

  6. Les says:

Sorry to double post, but i seem to see alot of people say that the US isnt there target market. so that must meen it is europe then.

I feel US rooms convert much better with a US target then EU rooms do with EU market.

So what rooms do you promote if your targetting Europe. Ladbrokes, Coral, Betfair?

I would like to know because my traffic is mainly american and would like to get more into the EU market.
