November 3, 2009 (PAP Newswire) — This Saturday, the months-long wait comes to an end as the World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event gets underway at Las Vegas’ Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino.

For those who follow the professional poker circuit, this is the biggest moment of the year, as the remaining nine WSOP players come together to play for the $8.5 million first prize.

Maryland player Darvin Moon is entering this final table as the clear forerunner, holding approximately 30 percent of the chips.
