What % of downloads do you usually get as depositing players?

I ask because my stats for 1 poker room from 3 months are 128 dl's 110 real poker players. 0 fun players and only 38 1st time deposits.

Seems a little strange to me. I know that more than 38 of them have deposited because i ran a few private tournaments there with a $22 entry fee and have had about 70 to 80 entrants. (password protected)

Any suggestions as to why i wont be showing these players in my revenue and is this something that has happened to you?
