Honestly, I don't think you'd get in trouble for using the word entrepreneur. Go to every university where they teach business, it's all over their books. And if you'd get in trouble somehow, then that would mean you've made it big enough to go to court and put an end to the nonsense!
Instead of entrepeneur, you could use "entrepreneurial", like entrepreneurial-thinking.com or something like that. That way you have the string "entrepreneur" in the URL and can target that keyword more efficiently. Or just be more generic like "Creative-Business-ideas.com", or use words like "tycoon" altough that has a different meaning. It's hard to give you ideas when I don't know what you're trying to do or who you're targetting. Personally, I would ignore that article, but that's just me.
