I just thought about this. I don't know, maybe it's a dumb idea. I haven't really thought it through, yet.
What if you made an ebay listing. Something like "Get Paid to Play Online Poker."
Make the cost as low as possible. No shipping charge. I'm sure that headline would entice people to at least look at it - especially when it's free.
You then advertise your bonus code, stating that once you deposit money, the site will give you money to spend - thus, the bonus. Some people may sign up, some not. But with the massive amount of people that search through ebay, you're bound to get something.
Any thoughts on this?
