Google doesn't report all your inbound links; they actually only show very few with the link: operator. Google webmaster tools will show many more if you use that. Yahoo site explorer shows a lot too; for example
https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.co...&bwmo=d&bwmf=s shows more than 1800. Hope this helps.
