I am selling a website that could grow a lot with good management and advertisement.

It's an incentive site, that works with a few programs (not PAW trackers). The idea is that the player sign-up under your trackers, deposit, and after they get an amount of points, they can get one or more free poker books.
I have not advertised it much, did some link exchanges/directory submission and that's all.
Monthly Revenue: $50 to $75 from MGR/CPA, $25-$50 from link sales. Main source of revenue is affiliation with Cardoza Poker, which has their own free book promotion. So far, only a few people have requested free books for other rooms.
Traffic: small. 70 uniques in the last 30 days.
Source: Search engines 60% - Mostly US and England.

Design: Html template for the main site. Header and first page are custom images. Wordpress install with customized theme.

- In the screenshot below you can see my Cardoza Poker report, which shows total generated MGR, not my final revenue. To calculate my cut, they discount bonuses given, and pay 36%.
