Indeed they are.
Possible the poorest support I have ever encountered. Awful.
I have sent them approximately 30 emails over the last few years. I have only ever had 2 replies. I have a vision of 1 or 2 people sat there just skimming an inbox of 500 emails every day and just replying to the odd random "easy" enquiry.
If you are a new affiliate I wouldnt touch them with a bargepole.
