I would stick with casinocoins as your #1 program for this. They take US players and seem to have a good tournament lobby.
Rival casinos don't have the same features of yet but the casinos themselves can setup their own tournaments, they just don't exactly work the same where you start with devalued chips, play and find your rankings and compare to the rest.
