I know that in some cases support still has to ask for some information for security reasons. It can be a hassle but it is something we have to do to make sure that everything will run smoothly.

Marce,
You had emailed me one week ago saying that you would get my commissions paid. I have not heard back from you. I had requested payment on April 8. Here we are, ten days later, and nothing is resolved. No communication. No nothing.
I find it odd that the security department is requesting all sorts of documentation from me, saying that since I have reached the $10,000 level in payouts, it is required that I send sensitive personal info to them. They address me as though I am merely a player. Do they not understand that I am an affiliate. A partner?
What is odd is that I have received well over $10,000 in payouts. Since having become an affiliate of Chipleader, I have signed up several thousand real-money players who have lost over $150,000 to date. As we all know, their loss is your gain. Out of that $150,000 I have been paid over $37,000. So now, why all of a sudden, does the security department require my sensitive info?
In any other business, an affiliated partner that has brought over $150,000 to their business would be considered a valuable member of the team. It is apparent that Chipleader doesn't share this kind of value for their team players.
Please pay me my commissions.
Thank you.
