Happy Birthday Bonuses are typically awarded during the first week of each month for that month.
If you didn't specify your birth date when you created your account, it's easy to change. However, once your birthday has been specified, it can not be changed.
1. Log into your account using your username and password
2. Click on the "player profile" button on the left navigation bar
3. Click on the "modify account details" button on the bottom of the page
4. Input your birthday and click submit
5. Once you have specified your birth date, you will NOT be able to change it
