From the description it appears PSO is 100% in the wrong and needs to pay the debt it owes, and then needs to learn how to negotiate.
This is shameful, from his own description.
Good god, you make a large contract and then don't bother to test the quality? How stupid is that? Regardless of the quality, PSO's choice here makes them totally responsible for a fiasco of the own making.
A lot of people in this industry have worked with Akhilesh, and his work is in general fine quality, as he claims, as his clients will attest. At the same time, I was disatisfied with some work done, told him to fix it, and he did. I did not renig on the deal, and retroactively (and frankly rudely) refuse to pay.
Perhaps most sadly, this reniging makes it more likely that Akhilesh will be less generous with other clients in the future. Normally Akhilesh does 100% of the work IN ADVANCE, sends it to the client, and only THEN sends an invoice. That shows a lot of confidence in his work and respect for the client. *Regardless* of the quality of the work, PSO's treatment of him is terrible. Apologize and pay what you owe.
This is a slam dunk. You have a contract, live up to it. And maybe learn to do business deals in a more sensible way in the future.
