Hi, i am ver yseries in starting a website for a poker related industry.
I am in stealth mode kinda and just need some quotes and info on the best way to go about this.

Site Basics

I will need a system to record entries into a secure database which is then view able by visitors on my site.

Info the system reads and records

Date - Amount - User Name(In the backend, i will need a area to copy and paste the info to be recorded.

All user names that get recorded will have a special profile page for there current standings in all the Tournament Leader Boards, Their profile will also need an editable area for Comments(Only the admin can enter)
Also, all past transfers for that user must be viewable on their profile


The site will also need basic HTML pages to inform others how the site works and stuff and must have a in depth search system for past entries and TLB stats ect.

However, there wll be no need for user accounts as the site is just used to show how to enter and then shows the stats.

Please give me some good information on the price for this type of site and also where would be a good place to start. Thanks for reading this
