It seems all over seas work is good for price and then they start becoming hell to get ahold of for the 2cd project on. Expensive designers are full, anyone good is always got a full schedule. So cheap ones over seas are going to be swammped. THey do it cheap and get a work load that is impossible. To get it done right it is usually the same practice as your home or car. Get it done by a top notch, bonded or at least known person. Takes longer, cost more, and usually the results are good. Cheaper seems to be more expensive in about every area in life in the long run.
