Also, can we get some clarification on the price of the rooms? I've seen it referenced at 100 euros, but then also referenced as 100 Euros per person (and also listed with 60 euro single supplement). If the rooms are 200 Euros a night, just say so.
And yes it is 100 Euro per person B&B based on two sharing or 160 Euro per person B&B for one person in a double room. There are cheaper places nearby which we are looking at securing but obviously they won't have the advantage of being the event resort. If you have other questions let me know
I would really love to go, but I think its gonna be too far/too expensive to get there from North America.... Anyone from N/A planning to make the long journey? In future I think it would be best if it were somewhere that had a major international airport that serviced countries from all over the world.
What ever happened to the committee that was going to help decide stuff for the conference?
I have been speaking with a lot of people individually. Getting a time together for Euros and U.S. guys for a conference call didn't work too well. Plus the venue (Cyprus) was already a done deal.
We are still planning the sessions and speakers however, so if you have any suggestions or ideas fire them over.
