After months of being paid on time I get this generic email

"Dear Affiliate

Thank you for sending in your May affiliate invoice.

When trying to process payment it is requesting intermediary bank details.

Please could you forward this onto us so we can process for payment.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Has anyone else gotten this????I responded already and told them intermediary banks are handled on payor side.

Hi Holis,

We'll look into this after the weekend when Sharon will be back in the office.
Intermediary bank details could be another bank that is "clearing the transfer" before releasing it to your own bank. Sometimes communication flow between those banks is not perfect though.

Our payment’s team have spoken to our bank and the payment will be sent today, it may take 2/3 days before showing in your bank account.

Bet365 is a good program in many ways, but you should really look into the payment situation. It is frustrating when you first have to transfer the money (by fax!?!) to a player account an from there send it to your N-teller account.

When cashing out from other pokerrooms it takes 2-6 hours, now we have been waiting 48 hours for a simple transfer to Neteller.

And now they accepted a deposit from the Neteller account but cannot send money back because some kind of name difference... If you accept deposits you should really do accept withdrawals also. Otherwise do the checkup at deposit. It is just very frustrating.

Ok, thanks I will do scan in the future. In sweden we stopped using fax ages ago

I think it would be a good idea to improve your affiliate system to be able to cash out directly from the system with some kind of code and send it to a normal bank account or Neteller and not transfer it to the player account first.
