Am i right in saying every bingo site accepts americans?

Jackpot Joy bingo from Referback is probably worth a shot. They run a good affiliate program there.

And no, you're mistaken. Many bingo sites do not accept American players.

I assumed the UK market was the largest.

The American market is only really serviced by a handful of merchants, who still face the same deposit and withdrawal issues as with many other game genres.

The UK is a bigger Bingo market. But also a more competitive one.

In the UK some of the biggest brand names are:

Bingo.com
Jackpotjoy
Ladbrokes Bingo
BingoFun
Foxy Bingo
Sun Bingo
Crown Bingo

The list goes on and on. This same post in the affiliate forum Affiliates4u would result in a few merchants approaching you with offers.

All of the Leapfrog brands converted really well for me when they were still taking US players. I don't know how they're doing now.
