Exclamation Outrageous

Hi All,

I decided to post here a thread of the last incident with PokerAffiliate.com. I know they gonna stop the affiliate program by the end of this month, but what they are doing now is outrageous.

I am on CPA and I am advertising PokerRoom only. My players get a poker gift after earning 500 player points. Their affiliate manager offered this deal as they use that with affiliates who working with incentive business model. This month I had 1 qualifying player and 2 other started to play in real. My affiliate account got blocked around 10th Nov. I already wrote to them an e-mail and they answered that the risk manager blocked my account, am I have any idea why could it happen or should they ask the manager. I wrote to ask the manager as I have no idea. I am working with a special CPA deal, but that was offered by them... That's the first thing why I am confused. I have not recieved answer yet.

In the last 3 days I got e-mails from my players that their account got closed due to cheating. They all do not understand the situation, they did not do anything what could be the reason for it. One of them was actually a losing player there.

So right now my affiliate accounts is blocked with $250 or $500 payment on that. (I already gave out gift to one of my player, that costs about $150.) My players accounts are closed, so the room stealed their money what was on that. (not too much but I think the room has no right to steal $50 or even $1). It revolts me, because our agreement terminates only at the end of the month, so what are they doing is breaking the Terms and conditions. (When I got the info that the the program will end up, I wrote them an e-mail to confirm that I will recieve payment for players this month, and they answered "Yes!".)

I am looking for any idea how to get my players' money back and get my payment.

All depends on the play activity of these guys. You need to ask what it was that they actually 'did' that was considered fraud or risk.

Of course that is the first thing I do in a normal case. But the problem is, that I have already wrote them and did not recieved answer yet and the program closes at the end of the month -> so if I won't be able to close this case until that then I can forget about my payment and my players' money in my opinion.
