Use chips to lease a table

There are plenty of poker affiliate programs, but also at the same time their are a bunch of "get rich quick" scemes out there that just cheat people out of their money. I got the "Shortcut to internet Millions" and I didn't even make a dime. Say like if you had the money to set up your own pokersite, would it be possible to lease out a number of tables and you know that if someone pays just as much as they would pay for one of these get rich quick scemes, that they would make 10 to 20x there investment at the end of the month, with the option to renew the the lease or switch to a higher stakes table and make more money. Say like everytime the table rakes in 10 cents the lease holder gets 1 cent, sounds far right? Plus offering this leasing program to your affiliates will be an instant money maker much faster then what you would make on the table alone. Their earnings go into a different section of their "winnings" win the lease expires they can take their earnings to the tables or they can cash out.

Does this sound like a good idea?
