I believe that BestCasinoPartners and CasinoCoins both offer tournaments for various games. And some of the Referback casinos, although Referback (like Europartners) doesn't accept USA-based real money players.

Rival casinos don't have the same features of yet but the casinos themselves can setup their own tournaments, they just don't exactly work the same where you start with devalued chips, play and find your rankings and compare to the rest.
