Hi All,

Any thoughts on this:
http://www.pied-a-terre.co.uk/items/..._book_form.pdf
2-Star Michelin Star - Readers Choice on http://www.theworlds50best.com/2007_list.html
http://www.theworlds50best.com/resta...t_readers.html

I have emailed them and the Gordon Ramsay restaurant to see what is available. Any preference on day of the week? I was thinking either Thursday or Friday.... any thoughts?

I will arrive on thursday and my flight back (to reality) is on monday. I would prefer thursday because I think it will be packed after thursday to have time to meet everyone.

I don't have much preference on the restaurant choose. All of the ones discussed look like great choices.

This will be my first CAP event, so I'm not too sure how things work as far as the dinner schedule goes (whenever you pick is fine with me).

The nice thing about thursday is it is a good chance to catch up with everyone before going to the conference. That way you will see some familiar faces.

Has this been booked yet? I'm going to decide in the next week if I'm going to CAP Euro, and if I am... I'd love to get in on this (and would be willing to make a deposit ahead of time)!!!

The sooner you know the better. Also, one thing to consider if we do a tasting menu its probably gonna take like 3 hours to get through it. So, if we want to go to a party after we may not get there till like 10pm with a 7pm dinner reso.

Wow, you're still here, I took a huge lurking break from PAW but I remember you back in 05 with Paradise and being one of the first managers to post here. Hope you're still doing well, not that we spoke much (few emails) but just wanted to say hi anyway

Back on topic, I'm very much more than likely going so stick me on the list. Plus, yeah 10pm+ is fine, isn't it fashionable to be late?
