DIGG Frenzy, Insane.

Basically today someone posted a key that unlocks HD-DVD's from their copyright protection and DIGG staff deleted the post and banned the user.....BIG mistake apparentely. The whole DIGG community is fighting back at the site for restricting this persons rights to freedom and the whole site is flooded with the key. Users have basically spammed DIGG to hell, anyways take a look at the site www.digg.com

Looks like it just went down, it was up 5 minutes ago. The first 10 pages were all related to the key it was nuts. It looks like Digg is going to have some big problems on there hands.

Edit: Its back up now.

And Digg did about the only thing they could do to prevent perhaps the biggest farce in this day and age, Kevin Rose has posted on the Digg blog posts on the 'code' will no longer be deleted, and they will go down fighting if they have to!

i saw this last light, they had about 15000 diggs in about 10hrs
