We’re thrilled to announce that DoylesRoom is now part of the Cake Poker Network. Since their launch in 2004, the Cake Poker Network has experienced exponential growth and now ranks in the top 3 poker networks that accept all players on a worldwide basis. Here are a few pointers for our affiliate partners:

Tracking Codes:
Since the tracking is located on the DoylesRoom website and not the poker client, all of your current tracking codes will stay the same whether you use banners with JavaScript code or the text tracking link similar to: http://www.doylesroom.com/?refid=code. Even with the new option for your players to change their nickname every 7 days, rake and casino tracking are based on the player’s log in name which is unchangeable.

New Promotions:
As we upgraded to our new network, our promotions are following suit. The promotions page and banner farm have been updated with the newest promotions available for you and your members. You can access our promotions page at http://www.doylesroom.com/promotions/. You will see the new promos include bigger monthly guarantees, multiple reward options and more daily guarantees.

Private Tournaments:
We will continue to offer our affiliates the executive service of our password protected private tournaments. Send any tournament request to your affiliate account manager and they will evaluate your account to see if you qualify for one of our private events. The number of private tournaments is limited so send us your requests today!

Downloading the new client:
To download the new poker client, please follow the instructions at http://www.doylesroom.com/software/upgrade.cfm. If you currently have an affiliate account with us, but have never accessed our poker client, please send us an email at affiliates@doylesroom.com and we will walk you through the login process. Please note that your affiliate login is not the same for the poker client.

Affiliate Payments:
As always, affiliate payments will be processed during the first 7 business days of each month. To request a withdrawal, simply go to http://aff.dbpn.com/, click on “My Account” and select “Withdraw”. Affiliates no longer need to login to their poker client in order to request cashouts.

Affiliate Payment May 2009
Just a quick note to let you know that all payments for Poker (rakeback and non-rakeback codes) and Casino (minus any chargeback deductions) have been processed for the period of May 2009 in one single transaction. If you’d like to see how your payment breaks down, access the main page of your affiliate account. Rakeback Report for Players
Good news for affiliates offering rakeback. Your players can now see the status of the rakeback payment for the current month directly in their account. Just tell your players with rakeback codes to select “Accrued Rakeback” from the cashier of their poker account to access all the info.
Please note that All DoylesRoom affiliates who want to offer rakeback to their players need to contact affiliates@dbpn.com to enable a new referral code as rakeback.
