Response regarding Full TIlt Stats issue

Posted this bit of information as soon as i received it. Apologies for the delay.

Mitchell,

Thanks for your patience with our support team. We were crediting player to player transfers as deposits for a short time which inflated CPA numbers. This was a mistake and was corrected.

Players should not be dropping from your reports, however, deposit amounts would be. A player must deposit a minimum of $50 and earn 100 Full Tilt Points before you receive commission for that player

If your players are dropping off entirely from your reports that would be a different issue. Do you have specific players that you know dropped off? If I can get a few examples I can investigate that matter.

Those of you that have had players dropping off your reports, could you please send through some examples of your players so that we can pursue them on your behalf?

A further update from FT

The reporting started to only show players who had activity. We have put it back to the way it used to be where we show all players, regardless if they have played yet. Sorry for any confusion. If you still see this is happening then it might be something else, but i am 99% sure that is the problem.

Which means that players that may have 'disappeared', should be back on your stats reports. Please notify if otherwise.
