Affiliate Tournament RESULTS!

The May Affiliate Tournament was a bit slow off the mark, but it soon turned into a teeth-gritting stand off between Affiliates and Managers alike. We know the idea is to knock one of us out, but the collective determination of affiliates to watch us burn was simply astounding.

Confusion as to whether the aim was to knock us all out or win was quickly defused as players Donfromtexas and DiamondsDeb managed to collectively knock out Daria (very VERY early on) in one devastating blow (she had trip J’s!).

Shane bowed out second under the ruling hand of NeoBahamut followed closely by Ellen whole tasted her bitter end under the skillful had of Best1ever. Dean soldiered on to place 12th overall, narrowly missing his chance of top-ten-glory from a swift move by 2tg32468. Imjusthere4thebeer took out the entire game, proving to be skillful and diligent player.

As usual, the tournament was an absolute blast, and left us all a little sweaty, a little shaky and thirsty for the June Affiliate Tournament. We hope to see you all on June 27th (Same place, same time) for the next installment of ‘Affiliate wars’ (Commonly referred to as ‘the monthly affiliate tournaments’).

That's a great idea EDMC. I'll see if I can get that implemented. I think many AM's feel that if they are not on our network that they shouldn't be posting here. This is not true at all, we encourage all of the AM's throughout the entire industry to post here, regardless of their status.

It would actually be nice to see more AM's as involved as the guys like Mark.

Personally it lends a lot of credibility to be have a presence at PAW, GPWA, and CAP. I know many AM's lurk here but never post.

Just wondering if May payments are having issues?

I know it says PAID in the affiliate payment stats. But it is not in my player's account yet. I only have a Poker.com account...I hope it was not sent to someone's Carbon account.
