Default Best country to live in as an affiliate

What country is the best to live in as an affiliate?

Advertising gambling must be legal.

It would also be great if the living expenses were low and the taxes also low.

It's a two part answer.

#1) Isle of Man. No capital gains tax, and 10% income tax. Incorporate there.

#2) Antigua, Caymans, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica. All lovely places, which don't have a "care and control" clause in their income taxes. IE, you can live there, but not be subject to income or business there despite the only real employees of your company reside there.

well i would never consider ever paying tax for any revenue generated online - as theres no need to.
Its just too easy AND LEGAL to incorporate offshore and not to pay a penny in tax.

Of course at some point you will need to bring the cash back over into your name, but there's always legal ways round that to pay a very little % tax and this varies alot what country you live in.

It is not legal to not pay tax just because you have an offshore company, at least not where I live. Perhaps it is in the US but I doubt it.

I wonder if it is legal to promote gambling while living in Thailand..

Edit: Hmm gambling is illegal in Thailand, then promoting it is probably illegal as well. Cambodia seems interesting, I wonder if it is safe and legal to live there and conducting business.

Edit2: "In 2006, Transparency International rated Cambodia as 151 of 163 countries making it one of the most corrupt countries on earth".. Not positive but not necessarily so bad either.

Well you dont know much about tax..... if a company is offshore, its profits can **ONLY** be taxed in the country its set up in - Period - 100% cant be taxed by any other country.

I live in the UK, i have professional accountants that confirm this.

But if the money stays in the company and doesnt leave it, i cant see how ANY country in the world can tax it as its nothing to do with the US or UK or any other country other then the country its set up in.

and as i said, if you're spending that companies profits, thats another matter.......

Cambodia is safe n sound to live in. Promoting onlie gambling to the cambodians(?) is however not a good idea because of the infra structure isnt that great so the majority doesnt have access to internet.

But it would be nice to live there and promote gambling internationally because I cant imagine they have any taxes at all. At least they have trouble checking every person..

Thailand got 7% in income tax. But we cant stay there for long if we dont have a work permit wich has to be issued by a thai company for you and there are lots of rules for that as well.

In my country taxes must be paid here if the company is operated from here and there is no activity in the offshore country. That much I know.
