This is the response I got from Wirecard, below. Who the hell uses these phone companies besides T-Mobile. I do think it's kind of funny how they ask you to use a friends phone number if you're not on the supported list of phone companies. All this just to register

however, please notify us by email so that we may forward your data to our
technical team.
