True Poker CEO says the following about UIGEA Regs that are supposed to be released tomorrow...interesting take:
"We have been waiting for Regulations. The Act took effect months ago.
TruePoker accepts US poker players. We, ourselves, are not in the business of betting or wagering. We do not employ poker celebrities to play on our site.
We provide a poker player platform and run games for a fee (rake or tournament). We do not take a risk on the outcome of any wagering or betting among players."
