Default 50k affiliates?

A program with 50k affiliates already? Why even bother joining as a new one. Any thoughts?

I think he means, why would anyone promote a site already promoted by 50,000 affiliates.

Correct, Thank you --- I saw this on one of the PartyGaming Banners --

Join our affiliate program--- / Ok sounds great --- now the next frame ->

We have 50,000 affiliates! --- Ok, now it does'nt sound so great.

Id rather promote a new brand that offered great incentives for players.

Why wouldn't you promote a site that gets more new players a month than others?

Promoting new brands isn't a terrible idea, but its far more difficult to make any real money.

A company with many affiliates will have a strong brand name, as PartyPoker does. When you promote their brand it can be an easy sell to a player-to-be.

There is logic in both ways of thinking, find what works for you. I would not rule out the big programs because they are already visable.

My best performing site last month was a newer site that I brought over 300 players to. The biggies are ok, but the competition is fierce, the newer sites also embrace affiliates that can produce players. Just my 2 cents.
