Default U.S. Affiliates ParadisePoker cashouts

Any other U.S. affiliates get the royal f*** over by Paradise in regards to being able to cash-out affiliate earnings from their accounts?

I had money in my players account and when they switched to Boss, POOF, my account and money simply disappeared. Upon querying Paradise I got this response from their finance director

Quote:
We must adhere to the legislation otherwise we could lose our banking facilities which would be a disaster
I cant see why he did not withdraw his funds when he was advised of the situation
Actually Mr. Finance Director, I tried removing my funds for months and your support gave me the same bullshit run around.

I asked to have the money moved to the PokerNews affiliate account, and that won't work either because My money is still stuck in a U.S. players account (that actually no longer exists).

My suggestion is that you make an official announcement that you are no longer accepting U.S. affiliates, or at the very least let U.S. affiliates know they will not get paid unless they "open foreign bank account and be paid in a denomination other than USD."

Luckily the amount of money is not that much, but the principal behind the whole situation sucks. I like their AM Peter, and he is great to work with. But the higher ups at Paradise are clueless.

Yes indeed! they owe me $xxxx.xx
What a bad beat. Here is the last bs email from them:
"Hello,
Thank you for the email. Please be advised that we are finding means to cashout to our players based in the US as all the cheque processors have withdrew from servicing the US market and rest assured your funds are safe in your account until then. We apologise for the inconvenience.>>
Kind Regards,

At least before they downgraded the software, I could log on and see my money.

I am actually talking to Peter from Paradise Affiliates and he asked for my bank information and is going to wire me the money. He got back to me yesterday saying he was going to do it ASAP...so I am hoping for it in the next couple days.
