Problems getting paid through Brandconversions

Has anyone had any trouble with Brand Conversions.

I started promoting Betfair through them in April and sent 7 CPA players that month. The payment that should of went out in May still has not reached me. We have sent some players since then and have had a lot of communication with them but still no payment.

In their latest response they are asking us to double check our bank account because the accounting department says the payment should of gone through.

The pay out method is bank wire to a Canadian bank account and we are confident that no payment was made.

Anyone else having any problems with these guys?

Had a problem at first, but that was on my side with a wrong account number entered.

Since then it's been like clockwork every month around the 22nd.

That happened to me with them once. They said they sent an ACH but I never got it. I told them to look into it and they said they didn't know why it didn't og through but they resent it and it was fine.
