Discuss - Private members forum

I suggest that Jeremy add a private forum for long time members who are known and trusted in the industry (Not seen or available to the public)

There are many issues that arise that are better off discussed in private...

Comments ?

I thought PAW already had that.. But it's a great idea! Should be easy to implement also.

I'm down for opening that up. What do you guys want the requirements to be? A certain number of posts, nomination by a moderator?

I understand the need, more for business related then hot topics. I just don't want to segregate our members, I have seen this happen before in forums.

All members of the double secret forum need to make sure you continue your normal routine and post in the other forums, otherwise why lose what makes PAW so great.

I have no idea what I'd say in hiding that I would not say in public.

Why would you do this? A "cool kids" forum doesn't make any sense, and certainly kills PAW as a useful forum.

I'm not sure what should be kept a secret from other members of this community? We should be open and honest about all issues.

discussing affiliate payments, current stance on law, problems with AM's, special offers, etc.

I am not looking to segregate members, only protect sensitive discussions.

I doubt it would be the most active forum. but would serve as a "safe haven" to air issues without fear of retailiation.

I think it's a good idea for that reason...definately. Plus I think it would be an incentive for people to post more often at paw instead of just when they have something that affects them.
