Angry Non-US Affiliates, Is Pokeraffiliate.com Paying You?

I'm trying to get paid by Pokeraffiliate.com and I'm really getting thrown for a run-around here. I've tried and tried to get paid as a US affiliate, but it's not working. Now, I've figured out that a Non-US friend of mine would be willing to accept the payment via Neteller or any other Non-US payment plan and then pay that same amount to me via a different method.

Okay, so that sounds just great right?

However, Pokeraffiliate.com is claiming that Neteller or Moneybookers are not working for ANYBODY, including Non-US affiliates. Now I'm here trying to call their bluff by seeing if any Non-US affiliate are being paid via Neteller. Even if you're not being paid via Neteller, how are you receiving your payment from Pokeraffiliate.com?

Here is the email correspondence between us. I found that there are no terms disallowing me from posting them or claiming that they are confidential so there should be no reason that I can't post them here.

Hi Adioking,

Thanks for your e-mail.

It doesn't look like there will be a pay out solution this week, however our payments team are constanly working on it.

I would also like to inform you there seems to a problem with the CPA trackers in your account.

We are investigating this and I will keep you updated on this situation.

I am truly sorry I am not able to deliver you some positive news at this point in time.

I'm sorry too. Its been too long Karien, but I have no choice but to
slowly remove bwin/pokeraffiliate brands until I'm paid up. I can't keep giving you
free advertising and pay the bills without seeing any money come in.

I also just bought 3 more websites that I'm adding to the network:

(list of sites removed)

I expect to nearly double traffic in just a few months. If you want in
on it then you'll need to figure our delinquent payment situation out.
Until then, the reviews and ads will be removed and replaced with an
explanation page for our visitors.

Regards,
Adioking

Hi Adioking,

I am sorry to hear you have taken the decision to stop promoting us. I
respect and understand your decision.

If we have everything sorted out concerning the payments I will contact
you again. I hope you will consider promoting us again ((with your new
brands!)if everything is up and running! Let's make a fresh start then
:-)

Hope to speak to you soon,

Katrien,

How are you paying your Non-US affiliates right now? Are you paying them by Neteller? Moneybookers? I may have found a temporary solution, but I need to know this information.

Hi Adioking,

Thanks for your e-mail.

No, Neteller and Moneybookers are not working at the moment. We are looking into Speedpay now, and I hope to give you more information by the end of the week.

Thanks for your contribution in looking for a solution.

It's just really difficult since almost all banks say they can't cooperate with us.

Katrien,

I was not asking about US Neteller or US Moneybookers. I was asking about NON-US. I have a NON-US friend who is willing to accept my payment from you guys. He can pay me with an alternate payment method, all you have to do is transfer the delinquent earnings to him.

You would pay him, then he would pay me; simple as that.

I see no reason for which you would not be able to do this, since I've talked to other Non-US customers and they are all claiming that they have received payments from Pokeraffiliate.com recently.

Default PokerAffiliate does pay out non-US affiliates

What a surprise checking this forum.

To make things clear I would like to state that NON-US affiliates have no problem being paid out by PokerAffiliate.com.

Our one-on-one communication to affiliates is no secret, but still I don't find it appropriate to post personal e-mails into a forum.

I know the past few months were not easy to work with us concerning payments but I have always been honest to all of you and kept you informed as much as I could.

Why not just send a cheque or do a wire-transfer?

I just don't get it.

I am in Canada...but it just seems silly to me too.

There have been some changes at PokerRoom lately with the new bwin (betandwin.com) merger. It's honestly hard to get affiliates paid and US affiliates (me included) are used to getting expecting these payments on time. I can say that the team at PokerRoom.com are working on it and I would expect them to have the kinks worked out within the next month or so. I got a chance to meet with them in Barcelona and they are on top of it.

They are a pretty personal company to work with; was the communication that bad where we needed to post their emails?
