After the debacle with payments made to a NEW phantom account being corrected....
THEY HAVE CLOSED MY ACCOUNT....
I can't login...it says the account has been closed....this happened on Friday and has not yet been fixed.
Here is what happened....
On Friday, we received payments from our
Ultimate Bet affiliate account, the NEW ONE
CHIPLEADER opened with the "extra 1" in the username.
The payment did not go to our ORIGINAL
UB player account, it went to a SECOND
UB PLAYER'S ACCOUNT, that was opened using our affiliate login and password (a security issue I would think).
After complaining about this...this extra account was closed and the money was transferred to the original player's account and eveerything SEEMED to be fine....
But then, later Friday afternoon, the AFFILIATE ACCOUNT was closed at the same time the EXTRA PLAYER'S ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED.
The result, the original player's account being fine, but NO AFFILIATE ACCOUNT EXISTING!
You would think this would be a priority for
Chipleader and
UB Affiliate Program...but it doesn't seem so...as it still has NOT BEEN CORRECTED despite acknowledgement of the problem on FRIDAY!
Now, I am worried that for 3 days, maybe things haven't tracked and the BIGGEST FEAR OF ALL...that maybe player data has been lost!
What the heck is going on???
