Default Can't access my UB account now

After the debacle with payments made to a NEW phantom account being corrected....

THEY HAVE CLOSED MY ACCOUNT....

I can't login...it says the account has been closed....this happened on Friday and has not yet been fixed.

Here is what happened....


On Friday, we received payments from our Ultimate Bet affiliate account, the NEW ONE CHIPLEADER opened with the "extra 1" in the username.

The payment did not go to our ORIGINAL UB player account, it went to a SECOND UB PLAYER'S ACCOUNT, that was opened using our affiliate login and password (a security issue I would think).

After complaining about this...this extra account was closed and the money was transferred to the original player's account and eveerything SEEMED to be fine....

But then, later Friday afternoon, the AFFILIATE ACCOUNT was closed at the same time the EXTRA PLAYER'S ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED.

The result, the original player's account being fine, but NO AFFILIATE ACCOUNT EXISTING!

You would think this would be a priority for Chipleader and UB Affiliate Program...but it doesn't seem so...as it still has NOT BEEN CORRECTED despite acknowledgement of the problem on FRIDAY!


Now, I am worried that for 3 days, maybe things haven't tracked and the BIGGEST FEAR OF ALL...that maybe player data has been lost!


What the heck is going on???

Exactly the same thing happened to me. Marcela said she was onto it last week, but nothing yet.

Given the recent stuff at AP you would think they would be trying to keep affiliates as happy as possible. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be anyone with any sense of how to run a business over there.

I have been told each and every day by Danielle since Friday that the "developers" are working on it and it is nothing to worry about and it will be corrected "tomorrow".

The "tomorrow" passes and it changes to "tomorrow", then "tomorrow", then "tomorrow"...

It has been 5 days now, and they can't SIMPLY re-activate the account login!

It really can't be that hard to re-activate your account. If it is, they should consider sacking the "developers" and hire new ones..

On the other hand. I guess they have plenty of work these days..

They say they want to make sure that payments can go to my UB player's account, as last month it went to the new PHANTOM player's account they created for me with the same login.

The account issue has now BEEN FIXED for me (thanks to Danielle's hard work...I think).

The only problem now...is my total revenue from October 1 - October 11 (when the glitch occurred) was REDUCED by about $170. That is...before the glitch my total revenue was X, after, it is X-$170 for that time period.

Funny, how revenue is LOWER for the exact same time period AFTER THE GLITCH is fixed!
