Ultimate Bet Links

Hi Everyone

I am new here and hope you can help me.

I am having trouble with my ultimate bet links and e-mailed them regarding this. But they dont seem to be answering my question very well.

My question is that I have copied this link code directley from there site for a banner which includes my campaign ID of 13701.



The problem is that when i click on the banner and it goes to ultimate bet it does not show MY ID in the URL to track players and i have noticed that other affiliate sites do have the ID in the URL.

So what do i need to do to make sure i can use the banner but track my players correctly?

Ultimate bet keep saying use the following link and replace the XXXX with your campaign ID which i dont understand as i want to use the banner.

Yes Vrindavan thats what i thought.

How do i get my link to read like this?? I am copying the code straight from ultimate bets banner section.

Should the link just read ultimatebet.com/?ubAffilID=13701 from the code i am copying??

Just save the banner, place it on you site and link it to your landing page.

The banner code does not have the affiliate link included its simply ultimatebet.com. It does have the aff campain id in the img src but I don't think that tracks any type of aff id or sets a cookie.

I had a case sensitive issue (?ubaffilid instead of ?ubAffilID) with that link for about a month now, and don't think I got tracked correctly, and as usual after two emails and no response I figured it out on my own.

I hate their new reporting system, if I could find somewhere to show clicks and downloads like before, I would have caught this issue long ago.

Can we make a sticky thread about the AM's at UB not answering emails? Or is it pointless?

Do you mean just copy the banner rather than the code. And what do you mean by link to my landing page?

I could probabley do with step by step guide on how to get the banner working with my ID intact as i really am finding UB affiliate site quite confusing.

To be 100% sure you do this right. I would do it like this.
Login
Click Add Campaigns or use the one you created.
Click on Campaigns list
You will see your campaign id's there (1st column)
http://www.ultimatebet.com/?ubAffilID=xxxxx - this is the proper code replace the xxxxx with your campaign id. When you use a banner, copy the code from that page but add the /?ubAffilID=xxxxx with your campaign id code when you create or update a page with your banners.
