Hey everybody! I signed up a friend of mine as a real money player and we even had to get him a new bank account to play real money. I signed him up and am 100% positive that I put in my bonus code and it WAS NOT EXPIRED. I just created the damn thing a week ago! Here is the conversation I'm having with Party Poker. Oh and I just ended up saying screw it and sent him $50 quick cash so he would be my player (which PP never suggested as a solution).
First they said that he put in a bonus code, but it had expired and didn't count on my trackers. However they sent him an email (below) that said he NEVER entered a bonus code, (which is absolute crap) and that he would NEVER become my player. What are they trying to pull???

1) Login to the Affiliate login page with your affiliate ID and password.To log in to your affiliate account visit
www.partypoker.com and click on affiliates(which is the third field on the top right side of the page)
2) Click on the ?Registered Trackers? link under ?Manage Your Account? section.
3) Under the 'Expiry Details' column, click on the link ?Extend?
NOTE: That the "Extend" link would appear exactly 15 days prior to the expiry, thus, if you do not see it in your accoutn after receiving the e-mail, please check the "Registered Trackers" link 15 days prior to the tracker expires..
