I have warned this person to stop scraping, or leave links as is if they want the content, and they still just won't stop.

What can I do from here?

contact the poker sites they are promoting. It is against most programs terms to scrape or spam.

Looks like one of those auto content rss scripts.

To get around it there are a few plugins which will place your site links in the rss header or near it so they will be prominently on display on his site.

Yes it was one of the templates being sold from a member here some time ago.

oh yea Kevin that's RSS sig plugin right?

My issue is that it may just be auto-scraping but in the last post he jacked, I had an aff link, and when it showed up on his site, he had changed it to his aff link.

This really pisses me off

Yeh - they often run auto link makers that pick up any keyword or tag and add their own link to it.

RSS sig will work but it adds it to the end and often that gets cut. This one's a new one that adds it to the top.
