Accounts on multiple party skins

Hello Everyone,

I have a player who wants to sign up under me on Empire, but when he tries to make a new account he gets a message saying that he has already registered on a sister site and cannot make a new account. He is attempting to register with a different user ID and email address than he used for his Party account. We have tried to do the registry trick where you delete the "UCID" value in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->CALCULATOR->MODE. Does anyone have any ideas? Are Party and/or Empire now actively disallowing players from creating accounts on multiple skins?

Have him open the account on a different computer that doesnt have either empire or pp on it, then he can login on his computer.
