CAC Amsterdam

Hey Guys and Girls,

Just wanted to get a feel for who is going to attend CAC Amsterdam. If you are going, please post here.

I'm going to pass on CAC Amsterdam. I will be going on the CAP Spring Break in June though.

I just don't see a reason that affiliates should have to pay $650-$895 for entrance.

also, you can normally get a sponsored pass from an affiliate program - i think it says something like 75% of affiliates who attend are sponsored as each program who will be there gets from 10 to around 45 passes.

Second that. I wouldn't mind paying that if they were bringing in some super high quality speakers, but when the CAP ones are free and they already bring in some awsome speakers, its really hard to justify paying for it, but every time I look at the agenda it looks like the same speakers year after year. It seems like more of a cash grab, than actually doing something for the affiliates IMO.

The only issue with that is unless someone comes out and offers this to you, its almost like you have to beg to go.

nah... a quick email to a program that you work with asking if you can have a pass is harmless (after all, the reason they have the passes is to give out to active or new affiliates)

AffiliateClub.com will be there - I do think its wrong that affiliates have to pay but, as Darko says, most of them are sponsored anyway.
