Around 1990 or so Vu was quite famous, infamous really, for his "buy my course, make lots of money" real estate infomercials. Anyone who ever saw them could never forget them. He was on a yacht with a dozen bikini babes, repeating his mantra over and over. Buy my course, make lots of money... if he wins those surreal things could have a second life.

Are you sure thats the same dude? I completely remember the informercials.

Both Raymer and Ivey are now out (25th and 20th, respectively).

There's about 17 players left as of 12 pm EST.

Matusow has a chip stack bigger than his mouth (largest stack) and we'll see what happens to him. He cried last year when out at 87th. I can't imagine the fit he'll have if he loses this close to the final table.

Yes Tommy is the infomercial guy. he's out now, but there is a clip on cardplayer that shows the same looney enthusiasm he had in the infomercials.

Fourteen left and it is Matusow and a crew of unknowns.

Maybe I have an odd sense of humor, but I think John T. Reed's review and rating of Tom Vu as a real estate guru is pretty doggone funny.
