Default Top 2 rooms to promote for CPA for a newbie

Have a friend who will be a newbie to this and will be promoting promo codes offline for CPA revenue...

What do you think the TOP 2 rooms to promote this way would be?

Thanks!

Need a website to promote Stars.

As for FT - I think they are better for MGR in the long run as their initial CPA signup amount is not that great.

Any high paying - good converting sites?

FT through PAW network, that's $125

Then probably Titan, work a deal with them. Should be able to get something over $100. But they don't accept US players.

Apart from FT I can't think of any other US rooms I would go for on CPA.

I think the Cake $100 CPA + 15% Hybrid through PAW is a great program to promote for someone just starting out.

are you looking for sites that take us players ? If not

Think pacific pays $150

Aslo pokerroom will pay 150$ - they will upgrade any affiliate that lives in the USA and promotes there product to the top level - just have to send them an email

Hey MJ - was considering Cake... are you seeing a good conversion rate there? And how about player retention - always a Q at the smaller rooms??

Cheers, Mark

Cake conversions and retention are great for me.
Also with them recently reaching the top 10 for player volume, passing Absolute Poker, The Microgaming Network, Bodog and Pacific Poker.. I think its a stretch now to call them a small site. Medium sized maybe but certainly not small.
