*Note that you MUST register using this form prior to the closing of the pre-registration period. Registration for the actual event at
Doyles Room, for which you will be eligible, will open at 1 pm Eastern/6 pm GMT on Tuesday, April 29th and will close 5 minutes before tournament start.
Pre-Registration Closes – Monday, April 28th at 7 pm Eastern/Midnight GMT – No registrations will be allowed after this time.

All CanAffco Affiliate Poker Tour (CAPT) participants must have a single and unique user account at
Doyles Room.
Participants will then visit the CAPT website to pre-register the tournament. Participants will be required to supply specific
Doyles Room player account and contact information.
Pre-Registration on CAPT will open on Friday, April 11th, 2008. Pre-Registration on CAPT will close on Monday, April 18th at 7 pm Eastern/Midnight GMT
CAPT will supply a comprehensive list of all pre-registrants to
Doyles Room.
Doyles Room will then perform restricted list entry access for only those players.
Participants in the CAPT Event will be required to register themselves via the
Doyles Room tournament lobby. Only those players who have officially pre-registered via the CAPT website will be eligible to play.
The CAPT Event will take place on April 30th, 2008 at 8 pm Eastern/1 am GMT (May1st)
Members who have pre-registered with valid
Doyles Room player account information will be eligible to register for the CAPT Event by selecting “Register” from the event’s Tournament Lobby on
Doyles Room.
The tournament format will be No Limit Texas Holdem. Actual registration for this event will open on Tuesday, April 29th at 1 pm Eastern/6 pm GMT, and will close 5 minutes before the start of the tournament.
All cash prize payouts will be administered by
Doyles Room and credited directly to the winning members’
Doyles Room accounts.
Cash Added Private Events will be executed by
Doyles Room. CAPT will email winning affiliate regarding their respective private tournaments for set up.
Winning affiliate private events will be set up by each affiliate, and must run on or before August 30th, 2008.
