You can generically not read it either, forum police.

I will make it public if I choose too, or if an admin asks me too.

It wasn't my objective to ruin someone, I vented.....had my beliefs confirmed that I was right and it wasn't a standard of doing business in this arena (or on this site since the approach came from a WTB I put up).

Also, I would lay odds that the person who did it has read this post and has some things to think about.

The person who did this did things wrong, but it probably doesn't justify being hung.

Funny to read that coming from you. LOLed at it. (Mark and I live fairly close and a PM conversation led to a meeting a couple of weeks ago to discuss the poker biz.)

mjm, sorry to hear that someone jerked you around. Fortunately, it was only expectations that were ruined, and some time wasted, and you're complete financially. It could have been worse, as others have said.

I wouldn't deal that way, but there are plenty who would. My approach is to trust everybody up to the amount you wouldn't mind losing until they give you reason not to trust them. Trust beyond that level must be earned.

Had this happen where I paid for a site from some lesser known poster here and before it was transfered to me a well respected poster on here convinced the seller to sell it for a higher price and return my money.
I ended up paying the difference because I wanted the site but I was pissed off at the person who cut me, never said anything to them though, it was not worth it. I know I was not being angled either because I was sent the conversation logs. This PAW members was clearly asking him to refund me and sell to him.
Wasn't the first time something like this happened and most likely won't be the last either.
