where can i find a moderator?

I run a new poker forum that is in need of a new mod. I dont want any of my existing members to have the position so can anyone direct me to somewhere i could find one?

You Can Advertise on Elance for a Moderator and people will bid for the position of how much they would charge.

You would have to outline in detail.

- What they have do
- Actions to take
- F.A Q's ready for them to the Forumites
- Your budget per month/week

I'm sure there is affiliates here that would do it in exchange for advertising, I would consider it depending on the time committment and stats of your site for example.
