Still no reponse from my email. For all those considering promoting this crap site, think about the way they operate their business before making that decision.

I don't get why people choose to run their businesses this way. Do they think it will make them more money? Don't they want to make as much money as possible? It's pretty obvious this stuff doesn't work and it's what keeps marginal sites marginal. Look at PokerStars for a concrete example...

Does that mean they couldn't afford to pay the spammers so they convinced them to become affiliates?

i guess I could have been more specific

RakeBackCelebPoker.com is owned by CelebPoker.com, not an affiliate. If you do a whois search for both domains everythign is basically the same.

I really don't get it why companies don't keep closer tabs on their marketing. Just bad business in my opininion, I can't imagine myself ever doing business with them.

They spammed my blog twice last night with rakebackcelebpoker.com as well.

Guess they'll be next to make the "blacklist" on my site.

Thanks for the heads up about this situation - I'll think twice about promoting them, now that I've read this.

Just got spammed via email and blog comments.

No chance of getting listed on my sites now.
