My business isn't likely similar to yours. The way mine works my customers get to choose where to go, I benefit no matter where they go. If you are under the opinion that all 700 people that work for
UB/
AP are bad people I can tell you from years of experience that they are not.
There is no question that they have handled many situations badly recently. They know this.
But I will absolutely tell you that if a customer tells me that they want to play at
UB/
AP, I would not discourage them from doing so. I don't feel from what I know and what I have seen over the course of years that they are an institution that is designed to cheat its customers. I believe that a few rogue people did some bad things and the good people handled it poorly.
Time will tell how this plays out. I think all of your feelings are justified and my post was not meant in any way to suggest that everything had changed and was completely better at
UB/
AP. To the contrary virtually every affiliate on the trip was very open about their distaste for what went on and the amount of good will it will take towards the customers to get back in the good graces of the online poker community.
Like I said, only time will truly tell.
