Easy example to show how pathetic this is

http://trends.google.com/websites?q=...rroom.com&sa=N

Party Poker has ten times the web traffic of Pokerstars, Full Tilt, Everest and Poker Room put together?

Um, no.

Good question GCPguy. I have often wondered the same. Is this tool really as great as some think. Since Andy Poker.vg seems to be so confident maybe he can enlighten the rest of us "dumb asses" as to how this is so useful.

Not sure this is the end all of analytical tools. This has been around a while Andy. Don't be so quick to act like you have discovered the Moon.

The tool is not that great. Does not really share that useful of data in my eyes. Maybe I'm missing something as a dumb ass myself.

The website aspect of the tool debuted when Andy posted this, and it is HUGE news, even if it basically sucks currently. This is ground zero of a very large redistribution of search territory.

The other part of the Google Trends tool has been around for awhile, and is easily the most important tool available for search marketing.

Yeah, i dont think its hugely useful at the moment. I can think someone who compiles a list of all the large poker sites then scrapes the keyword results could get a fairly decent idea whats good to rank for.

Also, by spending about half an hour i figured out a ton of keywords that are easy to rank for and send a fair bit of traffic.

Also in reference to this: http://trends.google.com/websites?q=...rroom.com&sa=N

Partypoker probably does have about 5 times the web traffic of all of the others. Go compare there alexa's. So far i think its fairly accurate. Its obvious there getting there data from the toolbar, probably not analytics. But you never know.

That's absurd. As is using Alexa for any comparison. The idea that Party has more than ten times the traffic of all the others COMBINED is ludicrous. More traffic worldwide, that's believeable, but ten times the other top five put together is idiotic.

http://siteanalytics.compete.com/pok...com/?metric=uv

Party starts out dwarfed by Stars and Full Tilt alone just from US traffic... and if you think the rest of the world offers FAR more traffic to poker sites than the US, you haven't been in this business long. And the Compete numbers are confirmed by
http://www.quantcast.com/pokerstars.com
http://www.quantcast.com/fulltiltpoker.com
http://www.quantcast.com/partypoker.com
Party is in the ballpark of the others, not hugely, ten times dominant.

im not familiar with quantcast but i think alexa is working off 1.5 million toolbar installs and is reasonably accurate for large sites. Google trends is working off there hundreds of millions toolbar installs.

Also theres a big difference between players online and viewers on there website. You seem to be trying to make an argument out of nothing. When i know for a fact that your wrong. lol.

Party has a ton more website traffic then all the other rooms. Thats a fact.

http://trends.google.com/websites?q=...ate=all&sort=0

Seems fairly accurate compared to my research.
