In Alex's defense, I don't think he is doing anything wrong. If players from Brazil typically make smaller deposits then other players that is not is fault. The problem is that with such low requirements these types of things are bound to happen.

Default hi

did not understand for sure what you mean Scootmc but I do not have control over the value of deposits that players do, each one has the right to deposit the amount you want to but I was punished by LA and I am being accused of submitting fraudulent traffic, something that I do not do as good a time to work in that class and I know that this is harmful.
but I was punished by the loss of more than 11 players (information from PAW) and they continue playing in LA usually what makes me believe that they are not only fraudulent players to play at the tables and generate rake.
there is a small mistake, because when the player is identified as fraudulent as LA could freely leave these players are playing in tables are considered fraudulent?
then they are considered fraud only for me and not pay commission to generate profit for LA.
at least strange that attitude.
if they are players of Brazil this is normal since I promovo only for Brazil, all these excuses are not able to convince me that I did something wrong and that I should not receive the players.
is the issue.
regards
Alex

Hi Alex,

I think you might have misunderstood what's going on.

As mentioned previously, the scrapper was taking the incorrect stats, which is the reason why it inflated your CPAs - not a case of fraud.

In regards to player fraud, the information we receive are direct from the rooms, and we reconcile this data before we issue payments out.

Whilst players meeting only the minimum requirements, and stopping play may be out of an affiliate's control, the behaviour of an affiliate encouraging his players to play only the minimum is seen as fraudulent behaviour.

Hope that helps clarify it a bit.

Cheers

Mitchell ...
I do not encourage nobody to play the minimum necessary for me to earn a profit with CPA because it does not work that way, since it will require a minimum requirement to qualify and players meet these requirements no more fair to the players has been piped through the my link I get paid for it.
I have no control how the player and not as he has played in cinemas, but say they were fraudulent players think a little disrespect because I had started to promote LA and just 2 days after my link was removed and was accused of sending fraudulent traffic to LA.
I do not understand well but the LA judge a player in just 2 days?
very strange that attitude and I was told that players were not playing but did not get any kind of report that proved this, I had my only link removed and lost 11 players who were in my account.
Only on the evidence I would say that the rooms in respect of the players, saying they are fraudulent is easy but any account that I know was blocked, means that these players should be playing in LA and generating profit, but how can this be acorrer they are considered fraudulent?
About Ladbrokes believe that there was a mistake and sign a big mistake, but I would like if possible, a report with the usernames of my players to closely monitor the situation.
is a matter to be resolved, I would like you to come into contact pra discuss this question, you already sent private message to my msn and skype and I look forward return.
PAW has every right to take the appropriate measures as was done because it directly linked the halls of poker but I must provide information on such attitudes.
regards
Alex

Alex,

Fair point and i can certainly see what you are saying.

Apologies if it was implied that you had encouraged your players to play the minimum. I actually meant that in response to what is deemed as overall fraudulent behavior. It was not directed at you.

As for the sign-ups on LA, we were only told about the suspicious nature of the players, without any further details.

By all means, if you have a list of the player IDs for either of these rooms, we will certainly look into it further for you.

I'm currently involved in another pressing matter, but will certainly get Inga or Kane to get in touch with you ASAP and dedicate themselves to resolving this issue for you. They should add you onto their Skype shortly.
