thanks. was a bit disappointing being close to 100k but the hand where I lost a bunch of chips I should have actually lost quite a bit more.

I expect things will be a bit tougher on Tuesday. I went back home for a little R&R, so I fly back on Monday.

Congrats and good luck for the rest of the tournament!

I think it would be cool if you could write about the main event... what it is like, what to expect, etc.

Or maybe you could also go on the PAP Radio Show to talk about your experience from the main event?

Good luck!

definitely. On all accounts. My wife is telling me I need more "spice of life" stuff in my twitter updates. So I am going to try a little bit.

Will likely catch up in my blog. I put up a pretty decent one today.

Excellent!

Good blog post Beanie.

These unexpected reality checks in life sure do help put things that matter most into perspective.

Maybe that is what you needed at the time and it may actually help benefit you for the rest of the tournament.

What about running an online charitable poker tournament for Camp Heartland? Sounds like a good cause.
