Let me add something else to the discussion:

Pokertube - Illegal, yes. Makes money, yes. Ethical, doesnt matter.

its not about others etics, its about your etics.

The way you state this is being taken as your point of view:

Quote:
there is no ethics as an affiliate. You need to decide the following:

1) is what your doing illegal?
2) if its illegal is there a big enough potential reward to justify it.

well i phrased it wrong. it was meant to be stated as my view of the internet as a whole and paste experience with other marketers/seos.

It was NOT meant to be taken as a reflection on how i do business. Take that however you want, im not going to address this anymore.

When you have been at the top of some of the most ruthless and cutthroat markets out there you see alot of shady stuff going down on a daily/weekly business.

You said there are no ethics as an affiliate, which means if you make a link deal with someone you will happily screw them over, lie, delete their links, keep any money that changes hands but provide no service, not pay for services, etc etc.

"Sociopaths are interested only in their personal needs and desires, without concern for the effects of their behavior on others." No one wants to be in business with someone with no ethics, not even other people with no ethics.

I dont want to have an argument. If you dont want to do business with me, thats your prerogative. I wont lose sleep. Your last response was completely unnecessary. Please dont try and ruin someones reputation when you dont even have a clue who he is.

screwing people in this industry is just like not tipping a waitress. Sure you can do it, but soon enough, you won't be able to get a bite to eat without someone spitting in your food.

he means if you visit a restaurant frequently, waiters/waitresses know who are good tippers, but more importantly those who don't tip well

you got a point there that gives me an idea for when you visit a restaurant that you might not come back to because you are on holliday or something.
Why not tip BEFORE you eat to get better service and also tip the cook?
